The David Vaisey Library Prize - 2018 Shortlist

Edward Gillespie, chair of the judging panel, alongside Honourable Company member Jonathan Taylor announced the four libraries shortlisted for the David Vasiey Prize at The Laud Room at Gloucester Cathedral

The nominees are :


  • Cheltenham library:  the local voices project.
  • Tetbury library:  a project aimed at 4-10 year olds.
  • Prestbury library:  paws for stories - a scheme aimed at children who read stories to animals.
  • Tewkesbury and Churchdown:  pop up library.

The winner will be announced on 7 October as part of the Cheltenham literature festival.
