Company Summer Drinks 2025

Our Company summer drinks party was held at Highnam Court on the evening of the 30 July; we were exceeding lucky with the weather as the sun shone, which helped to make the event a great success with over 60 members and friends having time to socialize. We also welcomed two new members, Frank Smith with his partner Margit and, Keith Ardron and his wife Sylvia Keith. Frank is interested in joining our Countryside and Environment Group and Keith is interested in joining our Arts and Heritage Group. In welcoming all our members and guests the Warden took the opportunity to remind members of the success that our Trust has had over the years with in excess of £330,000 being given to local charities since its inception. Following commencement of the Company’s apprentice awards, we have given £23,000 to 46 craft apprentices in the area. Finally, the Warden, on behalf of the Company, thanked Roger Head for allowing us to use his home and garden where the roses were spectacular.
