On the 5 July 2023 the Honourable Company of Gloucestershire presented ten apprentices from the County with the Anne Cadbury Apprentice Award. The awards were presented by Warden Andrew Tabor and Head of the Business Group Michael Jones at the Gloucestershire College Llanthony Secunda Priory. The apprentices were either attending the Gloucestershire College or Hartpury College and Hartpury University.
The awards will help and support apprentices who are in the process of passing through their apprenticeship, and who would benefit from an award which will enable them to purchase equipment to further their education and develop in their chosen career.
The Honourable Company believes education and training are vital for the future of Gloucestershire and apprentice training plays an important role in providing the necessary skills for our future industries. It is The Company’s hope that this award will play its part to encourage young people to grow and develop in their apprenticeships and to go on to contribute to providing the necessary skilled workforce which is needed in Gloucestershire.
