William Armiger, A&H Group Arts Awards Secretary, was delighted to present a viola to Gloucestershire Academy of Music (GAM) following a successful application to the 2026 Arts Awards scheme. The Award was used to purchase this instrument for a promising young musician who volunteers in their Junior Department and plays in the intermediate string ensemble. After an extremely challenging start to life she is now in a safe environment where music plays a great part in her life. She needed a full size instrument to take her through to Grade 8.
